A nicely designed suburban course. Not difficult, not long, but a challenge if you don't hit straight down the middle. The fairways are a little patchy in summer, but the greens are well groomed apart from divots from weekend warriors. There are a couple of nice holes over or around water, but there is a lot of green o aim for.
